British 'Idol' Leona Lewis Live

Leona Lewis has rocked the charts in the U.K. and is now bursting onto the U.S. scene. Her hit single, "Bleeding Love," is the most-played song around the world. Her new album, "Spirit," will be in U.S. stores on April 8.

Critics have hailed the British singer-songwriter as the best voice since Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey. Lewis has also been endorsed by industry icons Simon Cowell and Clive Davis.

The starlet just turned 23 on Apr. 3, 2008.
