What Are The Side Effects of Arimidex?

Question from stuminello:I am currently taking Arimidex and I am worried about the side effects. I was originally diagnosed with Breast cancer in 1991 and my cancer recurred last year in the lymph nodes under the sternum. I had radiation and was put on Arimidex.
