Doesn't sound all that different from the rave culture that was thriving here in the US up until a few years ago. For all the benefits of a nationwide community that brought people of all racial, ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds together and espoused some wonderful artistry and ideals in the process, it was demonized by those who didn't understand it and criminalized by authorities in the name of monopolizing "the moral high ground" so as to sway the massive voting block that is conservative America. Whatever... It wasn't the first time "hippies and troublemakers" congregated, and it won't be the last.
